New Website Invites People Everywhere to Draw Closer to God Through Prayer

McAllen, Texas Oct 10, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Closer to the Father, a free website built to help people grow a real relationship with God through prayer, is live now at https://www.closertothefather.com. Anyone can submit a prayer request, pray for the requests of others, and share how God answered. There is no cost and no membership required.

The site exists for one reason: to bring people closer to their Father in heaven. Many people carry burdens they have never said out loud, and some are not sure God is listening. Closer to the Father gives them a simple place to start the conversation.

Bring a need to God and know others will pray. Pray for the first name you see. Share an answered prayer so someone still waiting sees that God is faithful. Every feature is grounded in Scripture, and the site is a companion to the Closer to the Father YouTube channel of guided prayers and daily devotionals.

"God is not far away. He is a Father who wants to hear from His children, and prayer is how that relationship grows," said a spokesperson for Closer to the Father. "Nobody has to carry it alone."
